On Our Way

This morning we started our trip to California - Yay!!!

We got the priviledge of going with some of the other Deschamps - you know, Justin and The Girls.

Our first stop was in Cedar City for lunch - they have an amazing park - and the boys played tag with Dave and Justin until they were all wore out (Dave and Justin that is).

Next, we drove into Vegas. We went over to the East Side in Summerlin and visited Red Rock Canyon. I've been to Vegas so many times in my life, and I have never been there before - it was absolutely gorgeous!! We hiked in the rain and played in the rocks. Cooper was our little mountain goat here - he climbed, and climbed, and climbed. I went on a little hike with him and a teenage girl followed us - he was doing things she didn't dare too!!

After we hiked we drove around the scenic loop and had dinner before it started pouring again.

Then we headed for Sam's Town where we spent the night. Ella was so excited to show us her Bear - he sits on the rocks in the atrium. We also sat and watched their water and light show - pretty cool. After that the boys HAD to go swimming - and then we hit the hay.
