This week my Cousin Emily and her new husband were sealed in the Manti Temple so we had a great reunion with all of my Chapman Cousins from Florida.
Emily and Stephen came and had Dinner with us Tuesday night, then we went to the Sealing Wednesday and had dinner at a cafe in Manti with Everyone. While at dinner, my cousin Melinda informed us that they were going to go to Temple Square on Friday and asked if we would like to come - or maybe I invited myself, I can't remember. So Friday morning, Preston an I headed up to Temple Square and spent the day with the Andrews Family, My Aunt and Uncle and My Brother Aaron and his family.
We walked around Temple Square for a bit and then went over to the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and watched the movie about Joseph. Then we walked down to the Gateway Mall for a little dinner and to play at the Planetarium. When we were done, we headed back to the Temple to see all the lights.
I asked Melinda if they had a place to stay and she said they were going to head home and find a hotel on the way, so I invited them to stay with us - I'm so glad they accepted. The cousins all had a load of fun getting to know each other and the Adults stayed up for hours just talking. I wish we all lived just a little closer. :)
Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam - Grrrr.
