Angel Moroni

We had one of the neatest experiences today - we go to see Angel Moroni be placed on top of the Payson Temple.

 

We heard last night that Angel Moroni was going up today - so we rounded everyone up that we could think of and met over at the temple site.  The weather was really drowsy and it sprinkled on and off - which didn't bother us much at all. 

 

All of the sudden the clouds lifted and the sun shone through - I said it must be close to time because the Lord is opening the heavens - and sure enough it was time.  They lifted Moroni up and put him at his place on top of the temple.  After they were done the clouds and rain came back.

 

I'm so glad I was able to share this special day with my boys and I hope they remember it for forever.
