Christmas was really special this year. Not only was it on Sunday, so we got to attend church, but Gavin was ordained with the Aaronic Preisthood today. We (Dave, Gavin and I) are going to the Manti Temple on Wednesday with the youth, and Dave and Gavin will be able to do Baptisms for the Dead (for our very own family members) so we had to hurry and get his ordination done before we went - and the Bishop was kind enough to help us get it worked out - even on Christmas.
A week or so ago, Gavin, Spence and I went down to the Family History Center and did a little Genealogy work. There is a couple in our ward who are exceptional at it, and they helped us find names for Gavin to be Baptised and Confirmed for.
Santa brought the boys cool RC Truck this year - And Preston got the train set he asked for.
And a big tractor for the sand box.
