Our Duplex
Cooper asleep in Preston's car seat while we were working on the duplex - his head and arms were inside his shirt with the blanket over him - we didn't notice he was asleep for quite some time.For the past month we have been working on our Duplex, which we bought last fall as an investment. We ended up having to evict both our tenants and then clean both units top to bottom, paint them, and carpet them. We have them both rented now and are almost done with everything - maybe now we can get back to normal!!
We love and appreciate everyone who helped us through a month of hell!!!

that duplex is impressive!
you knew we did that/had a rental in Delta, then 2 where we live...ultimately sold them all, but live in one we rented out at one point! there was a big learning curve for us, and in the end i think we both thought it was well worth it. but...Russ won't do another rental again!
