Dave's Affliction
Last week at the Ribbon cutting of the Skate Park, Dave got cut off by a kid who jumped into the bowl that Dave was riding in - he fell and smacked his leg on the frame of his BMX bike. The first picture is of his leg the day it happened - the second picture is of what it looks like today, except the picture doesn't show how gross it really looks. He went to the doctor and they put him on antibiotics and ran some blood tests. This isn't the first time this has happened, so we're interested in finding out what the problem is - it seems to bleed quite a bit internally, swell up and get infected really easy.

did he beat up the kid who cut him off? That'd be fun to see! I mean, that wouldn't have been nice! ;) Hope it gets better soon!
I hope it's not staff infection. That is what my husband had in May from sliding while playing softball. It took a month and several iv antibiotics to get it cleared up.
I'm glad he finally listened to a "woman's intuition" (yours) and finally went to see the good doc! Sometimes men are just gluttons for punishment!

that looks pretty infected...I have seen some bad injuries though because I work in an ER. I love it! I have awesome stories all the time to come home and tell Brandon about.
